The upper and lower lift for benches MS-W102 is another proposal for an accessory for benches from the Semi-Pro line. This supplement will replace any bench in this line withthe possibility of mounting additional elements in an extensive harvester, allowing for safe and varied training of many muscle groups.

The lift works smoothly and quietly thanks to two ball-bearing guide wheels and a slider mounted on two plastic grommets.

The lower lift has height adjustment in two positions. In combination with the thigh lock, which can also be adjusted in two positions, the lift can be adapted tothe height of each exerciser.

In the set you get everything necessary to immediately start the exercises: Upper and lower lift for Semi-Pro benches, steel cables with carabiners andrubber bumpers, thigh lock, spring clamps and MH-C001 long bar.
