The four-step adjustment of the bench seat allows you to exercise in the position best suited to your needs.
The MP-L209 bench is equipped with multi-level stands with belay, which will watch over your safety during exercise.
An interesting feature in the new Professional line is the innovative system of marking elements used for machine adjustment. All handles and spring pins that we use to adjust the machine to the height of the exercising person are marked in red.
Thanks to this, machine operation is intuitive even for people who have not had previous contact with strength training.
Pay attention to the new upholstery, in which we equipped the MP-L209 bench.
We built it from 4 elements matched to the anatomical shapes of the person exercising, which increases the comfort of exercise.

Belay handles
We took care of your safety by using practical barbell grips, on which you can put the weighted barbell at any time.
For their production, we used sheet metal with an impressive thickness of # 10 mm, which we secured with a shiny anti-corrosion coating.
You have three levels of hooks at your disposal! Thanks to this, everyone, regardless of their height, will find the right level for themselves.
Safety platforms
Two large platforms are to ensure safety for both you and the belayer. You will never be afraid that a heavy barbell will fall straight on your ribs.
It is also worth looking at the situation from a different perspective - the high positioning of the platform prevents injury to the belayer. Unlike the situation where the belayer stands on the floor, there is no risk of muscle strain or other injuries - the barbell can be gripped easily and reliably, and the path to the racks is clearly shortened.
Reinforced upholstery
The upholstery has a double reinforcement on each edge of the upholstered element. We were able to achieve this by using Coats' thick, strong core thread in combination with durable synthetic leather.
The back and seat elements are mounted on a full sheet # 3 mm thick.
Load sleeves (optional)
On both sides of the bench there are holes in which you can mount optional sleeves for Olympic loads MP-A001 at any time.
You can store free weights on them, so you don't have to invest in an additional rack, you save space and money.
In addition, the bench loaded with plates on each side becomes even more stable.
Pay attention to the finish of the sleeves: they are covered with an anti-corrosive coating during the dipping process so that they do not scratch when putting loads on them. The thick, rubber pad means that the inserted discs will not bump into the bench structure.
Bench design
The MP-L209 bench design ensures maximum stability and safety during training.
For its production, we used thick 80x40 mm profiles with a 3 mm wall, which guarantees the reliability and durability of all equipment.
Thanks to the optimal spacing of the racks (120 cm inside), even very tall people will be able to exercise the chest in a wide grip.
Adjustable seat
The MP-L209 bench has up to four levels of seat height adjustment, thanks to which every user will adjust it to their height.
Adjustment is carried out using a red, practical spring pin marked with red. Thanks to it you gain comfort and simplicity of regulation not previously achieved.
