The MFT-A023 exercise arms are designed for mounting on cage and rig posts in a FT functional training system.

The MFT-A023 arms are a device thanks to which it is possible to perform such exercises as deadlift, bench press or pushing on the chest.

The mounting system allows you to quickly change the position of the handles on the main pole. Mounting the brackets involves inserting the bolt into the mounting hole of the pole and rotating the brace until it locks.
