Knurled handle

What determines your safety during exercise is the maximum firm grip.

To ensure maximum reliable and comfortable handling, the grip part of each neck is carefully knurled. Now you don't have to worry that the heavy neck will slip out of your hand during subsequent reps.

Place for loads

Gryf Fat Bar Short is designed to work with Olympic loads.

On each sleeve you have up to 33 cm of space for loads.

Chrome sleeves with a diameter of fi50 mm have been finished with rubber bumpers that absorb the applied load and ensure quiet operation even during intense training.

Finishing in the form of a semi-circular end cap facilitates the application of plates and gives the whole structure a unique and modern look.

Maximum load 250 kg

The grip part of the neck is made of a 48 mm diameter pipe with a wall thickness of 2.5 mm. Such parameters mean that its maximum load is as much as 250 kg.
