The Olympic Bar Football angled bar is a multifunctional device with three handle sets. Each set of grips has been placed at an angle, which allows training with up to six different grips. Thanks to the possibility of dynamically changing the grip spacing during training, you will accelerate the effects of your exercises.

Thanks to the properly selected angle of the handles in relation to the axis of the neck, while pressing the load on the wrists and arms is much less compared to training with a classic straight neck.

For maximum safety, all handles have a knurled surface that protects against slipping the fingerboard.

Knurled handles

What determines your safety during exercise is the maximum firm grip.

To ensure maximum reliable and comfortable handling, the grip part of each neck is carefully knurled. Now you don't have to worry that the heavy neck will slip out of your hand during subsequent reps.

Place for loads

Gryf Football Bar angled is designed to work with Olympic loads.

On each sleeve you have up to 33 cm of space for loads.

Chrome sleeves with a diameter of fi50 mm have been finished with rubber bumpers that absorb the applied load and ensure quiet operation even during intense training.

Finishing in the form of a semi-circular end cap facilitates the application of plates and gives the whole structure a unique and modern look.

Maximum load 150 kg

The neck frame is made of 48 mm diameter pipe with 2.5 mm thick wall and 8 mm sheet metal. Such parameters mean that its maximum load is up to 150 kg.
